WASHINGTON —  A District of Columbia appellate courtroom panel on Tuesday unanimously turned down previous President Trump’s claim that he is immune from prosecution on criminal prices that he plotted to overturn the 2020 election success.The previous president had signaled plans to implement presidential immunity to be a defense in all 4 of
